The call and commitment of Swami Vivekananda echoed over the horizon of Pantnagar throughout the festival to enlighten thousands of young hearts...

It was not merely a series of glittering events. It was rather a youth awakening carnival to sensitize adolescents and adult YUVA towards their inherent strength, glorious cultural heritage, values and responsibility towards society and nation. Intense campaigning and excellent management with true voluntaryism and self initiative was the secret of success of this festival.
